Lovely building, perfect location close to all the main attractions for the south pier and pleasure beach as well as sandcastle water park. Large unit with bunk beds, good shower, as for instance.

Perfect for a family getaway

So first off the room was supervery comfy and tidy with a mini fridge for the kids snacks and a nice setup for all of us to relax and just enjoy ourselves and the breakfast was spot on every morning with everything you could want from cereal to a full english it was done just right

It was not inexpensive but honestly worth every penny for a family stay

Perfect for family fun

The owner was really accommodating, were very good too make sure my pregnant wife was taken care of at breakfast. Our son loved the free pool table, it kept him entertained while we got ready to head out each day!

It was on the pricier side, but nothing ridiculous.

Great family getaway!

The hosts were super friendly. The kids loved the pool table and arcade games downstairs. Breakfast was tasty, I still dream of those yogurts! Only wish the outdoor dining area had more seating. It was a fab stay.

Really clean and spacious, my single en suite room featured a fridge and kettle, lovely touches. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the main attractions, and the continental breakfast offered a great variety. On the downside, the absence of a bar and some outdated photos can be misleading, but it's not a dealbreaker. Parking was convenient, and the cute hosts.
